You don't need more exercises. You need someone in your corner until race day.

Race Ready is a 12-week private coaching program for injured runners over 40 who refuse to give up their race. I'm a French physiotherapist with 15 years of clinical experience — and for 12 weeks, I'm your physio.

What's included:

Full Running Assessment — intake form, running video analysis, and a complete 30-minute video assessment to identify exactly what's going on. (Already done the Assessment? Your $350 is fully credited toward Race Ready.)

Weekly 1-on-1 video sessions (12×) — not check-ins. Every week, I reprogram your plan based on how your body actually responded: your pain levels, your training week, your life. Your program evolves with you.

Race-plan integration — your recovery program and your marathon plan stop fighting each other. I coordinate both: load, peak weeks, taper. One plan, one goal.

Direct WhatsApp access — questions between sessions, answered within one business day. Film an exercise or your stride when in doubt, and I'll review it.

Race-week protocol — a personalized written plan for your final 7 days: load, routines, race-day warm-up. So you show up knowing exactly what to do.

Post-race debrief — a 30-minute session after your race. We review what happened and what comes next.

My follow-through guarantee: complete the program, and if you're not ready by race day, I extend your coaching by up to 4 weeks at no extra cost — through this race or your next one.

My honesty guarantee: if I believe your injury needs medical imaging, a physician, or more time than your race allows, I'll tell you straight — and help you plan for the next one instead. I won't coach you into a start line your body can't handle.

$1,200 · By application only. Book a free 20-minute discovery call — we'll talk about your race, your injury, and whether this is the right fit. If it's not, I'll tell you.

Coaching and consulting services — not a substitute for in-person medical care.
