Rest doesn't fix the cause.
You've heard it from a doctor, a friend, a forum: stop running, wait, restart. For a runner over 40 it fails for a simple reason — your tendons and muscles lose the exact capacity they need, and the same pain shows up the day you rebuild mileage. Recovery isn't about stopping. It's about dosing: the right load, at the right moment, while you keep moving toward your race. That's what I build for you — a plan that works with your marathon schedule, not against it.
Three steps between your injury and your start line.
1. Find the real problem
2. Adjust, don't stop
3. Adapt until race day
You send me a video of your stride and your training history before we even talk. On our call, targeted questions and guided tests pinpoint what's actually driving your pain — not just where it hurts.
I rebuild your week: the right exercises, the right running dose, integrated into your existing plan. You keep training. Your body gets what it needs to recover — because it's the load that heals, not the couch.
Bodies don't follow plans in a straight line. We track how yours responds and adjust week by week, so that every week you're closer to your start line — not guessing whether you'll make it.

Meet Your Coach
I'm Cédric — a state-registered French physiotherapist and osteopath with 15 years of clinical practice. I own and run two clinics in Toulouse, where I treat runners every week. I'm also a masters runner training for my own marathon, so I know exactly what's at stake when a race you've trained months for starts slipping away. Injured runners don't need more exercises. They need someone who understands load, in their corner, until the start line.
